Whether you're planning to host a special event
for a large group of people such as a wedding reception, or perhaps
a gathering of friends or business colleagues, then you should
consider featuring a pig roast. Picture the image in your mind
of a slow roasted pig cooked to perfection, seasoned with Vermont
Maple Syrup, and our secret special seasonings and spices right
before your eyes. Rest assured that the pigs selected for our
pig roasts are all from Vermont, and bred for their outstanding
taste.

simmer slowly before your eyes.
Using the best Vermont ingredients available, you
will be confident in the fact that we do want this to be a family
memory of yours, and theirs that will last a lifetime. The Vermont
pig is slowly cooking, your friends and family have arrived, the
sweet smell of the meat cooking, finally you have all the ingredients
together for a mouthwatering event that will last in their minds,....a
lifetime!
To ensure that your meat is cooked in complete safety,
our pig roasters are powered by an electrical rotisserie over
a large bed of charcoals which provides a safe, consistent temperature
throughout the cooking period. We test the meat with a digital
thermometer on a regular basis to ensure that the pig is thoroughly
cooked before carving and serving. From start to finish, we are
committed to providing excellent service and quality.
The mobile pig roaster is portable, and secure
which makes it practical and easy to use. This is ideal if you
are considering hosting your Pig Roast in your back yard, or a
place of business.
Mileage is charged at $50 cents per mile. We request
and require a 50% deposit to secure all pig roast bookings. This
is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. We have our
pig roasts, rain or shine or snow. The balance is payable 15 days
before the event. Payment may be made on line using 'Paypal' or
by checks made payable to 'avermonter enterprises'.
There are no hidden costs associated with our service.
The prices advertised form the basic packages listed below..
We can quote for further catering options such as
the smoker, or gas barbecue on a per head basis. We also offer
the provision of cutlery, Vermont salads and desserts at excellent
rates.
We may choose to rent out our equipment, call for
information about this. We believe however, that our pricing is
very competitive and the provision of a full service pig roasting
package offers you peace of mind and a relaxing, enjoyable event.

Vermont
Pig Roast Packages
Package 1 - You supply the pig, we come to your
place and cook it to perfection. $475 plus mileage
Package 2 - We supply
the pig, come to your place and cook it before your eyes
to perfection. $475 plus the price of the pig and mileage.
Package 3 - You supply the pig and deliver it to
us, we cook the pig at our place of business and deliver
it fresh to you. $475 plus mileage.
Package 4 - We cook the pig at our place of business
and deliver it fresh to you. $450 plus the price of the
pig and mileage.
*Pig may be cooked with or without the head on. Let us
know which way you prefer.
* All Packages listed above includes 2 hours carving time,
and fresh fruits for display to dress up your pig. Mileage
charge is 50 cents a mile.
* We use only the finest Vermont
ingredients, Vermont pigs, and pure Vermont Maple Syrup
for your pig roast.
*The cost of the pig, if you purchase it through us, field
dressed, marinated the night before for your pig roast,
(depending on the market) is $3.50 a pound if the pig is
less then 125 pounds, and $3.00 per pound if the pig is
over 125 pounds.
We cook, cut, and serve on site, Pig Roasts,
we also offer Roasts of Lamb, and or Beef.
